Job Description

Behavior Technician (ABA) At Champions ABA, we empower children with autism to reach their full potential. Our team is passionate, supportive, and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the families we serve.
Schedule:
We have the following cases available Lawrence, MA (in home): Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 5:30pm-8:30pm + Saturday 10:00am-3:00pm Methuen, MA (in home): M-F 4:00pm-8:00pm North Andover, MA (in home): M-Thursday 3:00pm-5:30pm + Friday (flexible) 12:00pm-2:30pm or 3:00pm-5:30pm The Role We are seeking caring, patient, and motivated individuals to work directly with children as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will provide one-on-one support, implement behavioral programs under clinical supervision, and build positive, trusting relationships with clients and families. What You'll Do Provide direct support to children with behavioral, social, and emotional needs in home and community settings Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-building programs developed by our clinical team (training provided) Collect data and communicate observations to supervising clinicians and BCBAs Support development of independence, communication, and life skills Collaborate with families and team members to promote consistency and progress Requirements Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED required (or equivalent experience) Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (we do not sponsor or transfer work visas) Must pass a criminal background check and other required screenings Ability to work in environments with children with developmental needs, including autism Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move quickly as needed during sessions Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs when necessary Comfortable working in home, school, and community settings Reliable transportation required to travel to client locations Must have availability during afternoon/evening hours (after school hours) Ability to maintain a consistent weekly schedule Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay: $21-$30 per hour based on ABA experience, (RBT $24-30 per hour) Strong administrative team for scheduling and data support Ongoing clinical supervision and mentorship Meaningful, mission-driven work that makes a daily impact Apply Today Join our mission to empower children with autism and make a meaningful difference every day.
