Qualifications:
Active state-issued BCBA license (Massachusetts required) Background in education settingsconducting FBAs and developing BIPs preferred Experience supervising and training paraprofessionals, RBTs, and teachers Familiarity with data collection, graphing, and reporting for IEPs Compliance with local and district requirements
Responsibilities:
Cover 23 school sites within the district Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Write and modify Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Collect, graph, analyze data, and prepare progress reports for IEP meetings Supervise, train, and model interventions for classroom staff and 1:1 aides
