Yesterday Job Description Needham Public Schools is an inclusive, dynamic, and multicultural community seeking an energetic, skilled, and warm Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. To enhance our goals of supporting every child, Needham Public Schools seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Under the general supervision of the Special Education Coordinator and School Principal, the BCBA will support students with autism who are in inclusion classrooms and/or in other programs. The BCBA will provide consultation to special education teachers, general education teachers, teaching assistants, related services providers, and/or parents. Support the Intensive Autism Program Build program capacity throughout the district as required and/or support and/or consult with students and staff as required Develop programs for students that require discrete trials, ABA work and programming through the ABLLS and/or VBMAPP Training of staff in Intensive Autism Programs Provide professional development for Professional Development days and Early Release days Educate and work with general education staff and teaching assistants Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans for students in order to improve student's challenging behaviors Attend IEP meetings Support staff with data Support staff on skill development for individual students collection and using data to drive instruction and programming for individual students Plan with staff for successful socialization and inclusion within regular education settings and with typically developing peers Any other duties for responsibilities as determined by the Director of Special Education and building Special Education CoordinatorRequired Qualifications:
Certified in Massachusetts as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Master's Degree At least 3 years working with students with Autism Spectrum DisorderApplication and Selection Procedure:

Salary is determined by education and experience, ranging from Bachelor's (Step 1) $63,217 to Doctorate (Step 14) $133,922 (This range is based on a 1.0 FTE).
