What We're Looking For A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism. About the Position Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques Regular communication with supervisory staff Operate under the supervision of a BCBA Weekday and weekend availability Collect therapy session data Case hours: Monday -

Friday:

4-7pm;

Saturday and Sunday:
