Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support middle and high school students through a rewarding contract opportunity near Northampton, MA. Key Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification Experience working in schools, particularly with middle or high school-aged students, is highly valued Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Compassionate communicator with excellent problem-solving abilities Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple student caseloads Commitment to evidence-based practices and ethical standards

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess student needs and design individualized behavior intervention plans Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed Collaborate closely with school staff, families, and other service providers Provide direct support to students as well as consultative guidance to teachers and staff Deliver training and coaching on behavioral strategies and positive supports Document interventions, progress, and communication in compliance with district guidelines Contribute to interdisciplinary meetings and support IEP processes Take advantage of this chance to help students thrive academically and socially.
