Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) /

We are currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians who are passionate about helping others and eager to grow in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). About the
Role:
As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children in reaching meaningful goals and developing important life skills. You'll deliver one-on-one ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings, ensuring progress and consistency in every session.
Responsibilities Include:
Deliver individualized ABA therapy to clients based on established treatment plans Follow and implement behavior and skill-building programs designed by a BCBA Collect and maintain accurate data to monitor client progress Collaborate with supervisors, families, and team members to support each client's success Foster a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for learning and growth
Qualifications:
RBT certification (preferred, not required) Previous experience with individuals on the autism spectrum or with developmental differences Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills A compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to supporting clients Commitment to learning, teamwork, and continuous improvement Why Join New Patterns ABA?
