What you'll bring: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, active and in good standing Previous experience in school settings, ideally with elementary and/or middle school ages Strong skills in developing and implementing functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans Ability to train, support, and collaborate with educational staff and families Flexibility to adjust your hours and approaches to meet student needs Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities What you'll be doing: Delivering full-time BCBA services during the fall semester, working with students from September through December Break Splitting time between middle school (7th and 8th grades) and elementary school students (PreK-6) Assessing student needs, crafting effective strategies, and modeling best practices Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and school leaders to optimize student support Monitoring student progress, making data-driven adjustments, and maintaining clear, accurate records Providing proactive consultation, training, and hands-on guidance around positive behavioral interventions This contract offers the flexibility to discuss and tailor your work hours around school schedules: middle school hours are 7:15 AM to 2:15 PM, and elementary hours are 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM.
