In this contract opportunity located near Peabody, MA, you'll provide your expertise to an elementary caseload of approximately 25-30 students. Your knowledge and guidance will help shape a positive, productive learning experience, working closely with students and collaborating with educators and families onsite.

What Were Looking For:

Active MA BCBA certification Experience working in school settings, preferably with elementary-aged students Strong understanding of behavioral assessment, intervention design, and data-driven decision-making Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage a full-time schedule onsite

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student data Provide consultative support and professional development to school staff and families Train and supervise staff in behavioral strategies and data collection Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other specialists Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards
