Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Demonstrated experience working with children or individuals with behavioral needs Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and collect data accurately Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff and families Must be reliable and punctual for consistent daily attendance
Role Responsibilities:
Provide direct, one-on-one ABA services to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Carry out individualized behavior intervention plans in classroom and small group environments Collect and record behavioral data for progress monitoring and reporting Support teachers and school staff in maintaining a positive and safe learning environment Participate in team meetings as needed to discuss strategies and student progress
Position Details:
