Empower . Inspire. Are you passionate about igniting positive change in the lives of children and families? Step into the spotlight as a Behavior Technician ( BT ) at May Institute! As a BT at our Randolph Center, you'll provide one-on-one, evidence-based ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills . You'll implement individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) and assist in reducing challenging behaviors. You'll collect data, track progress, and collaborate with supervisors (BCBAs) to ensure effective treatment. What You'll do, y our impact

Join forces with a dynamic team of BCBAs, therapists, and support staff, collaborating seamlessly to deliver consistent and impactful interventions. What You 'll Bring Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience, paired with reliable transportation (travel is required)
Experience:
prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
