As a BT at our Randolph Center, you'll provide one-on-one, evidence-based ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills. You'll implement individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) and assist in reducing challenging behaviors. You'll collect data, track progress, and collaborate with supervisors (BCBAs) to ensure effective treatment. What You'll do, your impact

Join forces with a dynamic team of BCBAs, therapists, and support staff, collaborating seamlessly to deliver consistent and impactful interventions. What You'll Bring Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience, paired with reliable transportation (travel is required)
Experience:
1+ years experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
