Responsibilities Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs under BCBA supervision Deliver structured and naturalistic teaching trials (DTT, NET, PRT, and more) Collect accurate session data and maintain documentation Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and communicate regularly about client progress Support caregiver training and generalization of skills in the home environment Maintain professional, respectful relationships with clients and families Attend team meetings, training sessions, and supervision as required. Maintain client confidentiality and professional standards at all times. Skills Current RBT certification (preferred) OR willingness to obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services, or related field preferred Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (travel between client homes required) Strong communication, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children Consistency and reliability are essential in this role, as we prioritize maintaining stable schedules to best support our clients and their progress. Ability to pass a CORI/background check Bilingual candidates who are fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese are highly encouraged to apply, as these language skills are in high demand among the families we serve.

Pay:
