Job Description

Sunflower Development Center is seeking high-quality BTs and RBTs who are looking for a more clinically supported, collaborative environment. We prioritize strong programming, meaningful outcomes, and staff who want to do excellent work. This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced BCBAs in a setting that emphasizes naturalistic, play-based, and developmentally appropriate interventions including NDBI, PRT, and ESDM-informed approaches. What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies Support communication, social, play, and daily living skill development Work across center, home, and community settings to promote generalization Collect high-quality data and collaborate with your supervising BCBA What We're Looking For RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain (training provided) Experience in ABA, special education, psychology, or related field strongly preferred Professionals who are reliable, engaged, and take pride in their clinical work Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team What Sets Us Apart Consistent BCBA support and clinical guidance Emphasis on meaningful goals Flexible scheduling options across full-time and part-time roles We are actively interviewing candidates who are serious about working in ABA and want to be part of a team that values clinical integrity, collaboration, and long-term impact.
