Job Overview We are seeking a skilled General Mechanic to join our team. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various mechanical systems and equipment. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues and ensure proper functionality. Conduct inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and improve operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory of parts. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Requirements Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar role. Proficiency in using mechanical tools and diagnostic equipment, including an ohmmeter. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
