Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification required Previous experience in a school setting preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to manage a caseload across K-12 students Commitment to ethical, evidence-based behavioral practices

Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee behavioral plans for students in grades K-12 Collaborate with educators and families to monitor progress Provide ongoing training and support to school staff Maintain accurate and timely documentation Adapt strategies to best support student learning and development
