Childwise ABA provides high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, specializing in individualized treatment for children with autism. Our dedicated team of Behavior Technicians (BTs) delivers evidence-based services that help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while increasing independence and confidence. Benefits for Behavior Technicians (BTs) Health insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance Paid training Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Pay in advance options Employee referral bonuses Company outings and team events Ongoing support from experienced BCBAs Duties and Responsibilities for Behavior Technicians (BTs) Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and record data during therapy sessions Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Support positive behavior development and skill acquisition Collaborate with families and supervisors to help clients achieve their goals Compensation and Schedule for Behavior Technicians (BTs) $22-$28 per hour Part-Time and Full-Time positions available Flexible scheduling based on availability Monday-Friday schedules available Weekend opportunities available 10-40 hours per week, depending on position and availability Qualifications for Behavior Technicians (BTs) No ABA experience required - paid training provided Experience working with children is a plus Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable and professional Passion for helping children succeed Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply IND123
