Autism Behavior Technician Residential School Salary is determined based on individual experience, and the range may not include differentials which are based on team assignment. As an Autism Behavior Technician, you ll: Teach communication, social, and daily living skills (ADLs) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Build positive relationships and celebrate every success Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and clinicians Assist with educational program design and Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) development Receive paid training and coaching What You ll

Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors Valid Driver s License with personal vehicle CPR training (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)
NECC CALM
training - Physical and Verbal De-escalation training and Medication Administration training (ability to get MAP Certified)
