BCBA Consultant — Advance your career in ABA We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a consultation-based role providing ABA training, supervision, and consultation services in collaboration with public school teams. Clinicians receive extensive support and resources from NECC's central school while making a meaningful difference in educational environments. This role is ideal for BCBAs who are passionate about consultation, system-level impact, and supporting students in school-based environments. What You'll Do Provide ABA-based consultation, training, and supervision in public school settings Oversee the clinical and educational programming for students in the classroom Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and school leadership teams Access ongoing support, mentorship, and resources from NECC Organize/present large-group training or workshops What You'll Love Comprehensive access to NECC's research-based clinical and teaching resources Ongoing professional growth through NECC's training and development programs Start with 42 days' paid time off + sick time. Competitive salary, health & wellness benefits, and retirement plans Collaborate with talented colleagues who share a passion for making a difference Access high-quality BCBA CEUs to expand your skills Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility What You'll Need Master's Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) State License in ABA Significant, supervised clinical and educational experience and skills Experience designing and overseeing the delivery of applied behavior analytic services Experience in staff training and staff supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills, motivated and flexible, and have skills and interest in working with people from a variety of disciplines (parents, teachers, professionals, paraprofessionals, administrators).
