We are looking for Full time or Per Diem BCBAs in the Greater Springfield area to supervise, provide training to Behavior Technicians, attend care meetings, perform assessments and update/write programs. Per Diem hours are mainly in the afternoons and the majority of sessions occur in the client's homes. Some Telehealth services are also available.
Requirements:
Must have experience in supervision of staff, working in the home, a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle and current BCBA certification.
Job Type:
Full Time or Part-time Required license or certification: BCBA Certification Highly competitive pay and benefits commensurate with experience: Full Time BCBA $95,000 annually to start Per Diem $75 per hour
