Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to make a meaningful impact in a middle school setting for the 2026-2027 academic year! Contribute your expertise through a full-time, onsite position with the LINKS Autism Program, serving students across multiple campuses and collaborating with dedicated educators in a dynamic environment. In this pivotal role, you will provide both direct and consultative behavioral services exclusively for middle school students. Partner closely with staff to implement evidence-based interventions, support skill development, and ensure students thrive within inclusive learning communities. You'll have the chance to shape program outcomes, using robust data collection and progress monitoring systems.

Bilingual skills highly valued Demonstrated success working in school environments Excellent time management and organizational skills Proven ability to coach educators on practices for students with autism Proficient in designing and maintaining effective data systems for student progress
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultation-based ABA services to middle school students in the LINKS Autism Program Collaborate with teachers and staff across five campuses to implement individualized behavior plans and interventions Train, coach, and support school personnel in best practices related to autism and ABA Utilize strong data collection methods to inform intervention decisions and report outcomes Ensure compliance with all applicable school district policies and procedures This contract position requires an active BCBA license, prior school-based experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks.
