Behavior Technician (Children diagnosed with Autism) (In-Home) Behavior Services of Western Massachusetts - 4.0 Springfield, MA Job Details Part-time $20 - $25 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Parental leave Professional development assistance Flexible schedule Referral program Retirement plan Qualifications RBT Certification Spanish High school diploma or GED Driver's License Experience working with children Full Job Description Behavior Services of Western Massachusetts is seeking staff to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism in the Greater Springfield Massachusetts area. Behavior Technicians will provide direct implementation of the behavior and skill acquisition plan while working under the supervision of a BCBA. Training will be provided.
Starting Pay scale:
Behavior Technician Level 1 , 2 or 3 $20-$25 per hour. RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) $22-$26 (plus travel) depending on ABA experience
Requires:
Ages 21+. Minimum 1 year experience working with children, adolescents or adults with disabilities or a degree in a related field.
Job Type:
Hours available are after school hours 3-7 M-F Works under the direct supervision of a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst meeting the below criteria: o must be 21 years old, and o must have either a high school diploma or a general education development (GED), AND have 12 months experience working with persons with developmental disabilities, children, adolescents, transition age youth or families; or an associate's degree in either a human, social, or educational services discipline, or a degree or certification related to behavior management, from an accredited community college or educational institution, and have six months experience working with persons with developmental disabilities, children, adolescents, transition age youth or families; or A certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and have 3 months experience working with persons with developmental disabilities, children, adolescents, transition age youth or families.

Drivers license Required education: High school or equivalent Bilingual Spanish a Plus!
