We are seeking a Part-Time BCBA to join our growing team. This role offers flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance.
Position Overview:
This part-time hourly BCBA position is designed for clinicians seeking a flexible schedule with a smaller caseload. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and support clinical programming across home and community-based settings.
Position Structure:
Average of 10 billable hours per week (40 billable hours per month) Maximum of 48 billable hours per month Typical caseload: 3-5 clients (dependent on scheduled treatment hours)
Compensation Structure:
$60-$70 per billable hour $25 per non-billable hour Non-billable hours capped at 20% of total billable hours worked unless otherwise specified
Required Availability:
Weekdays:
Flexibility preferred. At minimum, candidates must have the ability to support clients during the 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM time block.
Saturdays:
Must have availability to support clients on some Saturdays during daytime hours (8:30 AM - 2:00 PM).
