Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school district near Wellesley, MA for the upcoming school year. Position Highlights Full-time, school-based contract position Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, families, and related service providers Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans Conduct functional behavior assessments and collect/analyze behavioral data Provide staff consultation, training, and behavioral support Support students in reaching their academic, behavioral, and social goals Sunbelt provides ongoing clinical support throughout the assignment Qualifications Current BCBA certification Massachusetts licensure/eligibility as required School-based experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs Why Sunbelt?
