Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification in Massachusetts Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children, preferably in public school settings Strong communication and collaboration skills Thorough understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies Ability to develop, oversee, and adjust treatment plans to address a variety of behavioral and educational needs
Key Responsibilities:
Perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create data-driven behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Deliver direct behavioral and consultative services to students and staff Provide training and ongoing support for both classroom staff and families Collect and analyze ongoing data, making recommendations for program modifications Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and IEP processes Support students ranging from early elementary through high school (exact age groups and schools assigned will be confirmed) This role is a fantastic way to increase your impact while experiencing diverse settings within a reputable district.
