Qualifications & Experience Required:
Active Massachusetts BCBA license Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral settings preferred Commitment to evidence-based practices and student-centered approaches
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for school-aged children Develop and oversee implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student growth Provide guidance and training for school staff and paraprofessionals Monitor progress and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes Why choose this assignment?
