As a BT at our West Springfield Center, you'll provide one-on-one, evidence-based ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills . You'll implement individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) and assist in reducing challenging behaviors. You'll collect data, track progress, and collaborate with supervisors (BCBAs) to ensure effective treatment. What You'll do, y our impact
