Job Description

Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and make a meaningful difference in a supportive, dynamic school environment near West Springfield, MA. As a contract BCBA, you'll collaborate with educational teams to help students achieve their fullest potential by providing critical behavior analysis services.
Qualifications:
Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Experience working within school settings or with children/adolescents preferred Understanding of Functional Behavior Assessments and skill acquisition programs Strong communication skills to partner with educators, families, and students Ability to manage caseloads, conduct assessments, and create effective intervention plans Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and administration to implement evidence-based strategies Provide direct and consultative support to students with behavioral needs Train and support school staff on the implementation of behavior intervention plans and data collection Monitor progress, adjust strategies as needed, and document outcomes Contribute to IEP meetings and team discussions as a behavior specialist This contract opportunity allows you to work with a diverse student population, utilize your BCBA skills to create positive change, and gain valuable experience in an educational setting.
