Registered Behavior Technician Turning Gears ABA West Springfield, MA Job Details Part-time $21 - $27 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications RBT Certification Caregiving High school diploma or GED Direct support Manual handling Full Job Description Registered Behavior Technician •day, evening and possible weekends available• Turning Gears Turning Gears is now hiring Registered Behavior Technicians for our West Springfield center. We are looking for individuals willing to provide essential Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services by working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the center setting. Experience in ABA is required. Training and plenty of on site support is provided. We offer flexible schedules and competitive pay based upon experience and education; $21-$27 per hour.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings utilizing methods of Applied Behavior Analysis Direct implementation of treatment plans related to skill-acquisition and behavior reduction per BCBA Accurately collect and record treatment data through direct observation Engage with and ensure client safety at all times Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by the BCBA Maintain confidentiality of all clients and professional conduct.
Qualifications:
Must have at least a High School Diploma or equivalent Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communication Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) Must be able to maintain a professional appearance with regard to clothing, grooming, hair, etc. Must have reliable transportation To learn more about the Registered Behaviorl Technician position & how to join Turning Gears team, please respond with a cover letter and attached resume.
