Mile Tree:
up to 20 days @ up to 5 hours per day
MRHS/Transition:
up to 20 days @ up to 5 hours per dayAdditional hours will be offered to prepare for the program.
SALARY:
$40.00 per hour (per Unit A contract
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of challenging behaviors.
  • Development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Monitor, track, and adjust treatment plans as needed based on data.
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff.
  • Train faculty and staff on the implementation of behavior intervention plans and strategies. Collaborate with other professionals, such as educators, therapists, and medical personnel.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and inform treatment decisions.
  • Generate reports and documentation related to student progress.
