Home-Based Flexibility:
This is a home-based position , meaning you'll be making an impact where it matters most - in the child's natural environment. The role requires a personal vehicle for travel to client homes in Woburn, MA and surrounding towns.
Position Overview:
BBLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide early intervention services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We offer on-the-job training for those with a passion for working with children, and encourage individuals from diverse backgrounds (nannies, babysitters, teachers, childcare providers, paraprofessionals) to apply. Ideal candidate will have Full-time WEEKDAY availability, 8:30am-5:30pm •
THIS IS A HOME-BASED POSITION THAT REQUIRES A PERSONAL VEHICLE
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Foster independence and promote life skills, including social skills, hygiene, daily living skills, and motor skills. Implement treatment and behavior plans designed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). Support and communicate effectively with families, RBTs, BCBA, and other team members to ensure each child's needs are met. Use technology (tablet/computer) to collect data for analysis and progress tracking. Be proactive in your communication with the team and families.
Requirements:
A passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives! An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is required by the state of MA, preferably one in Human Services, Psychology, Education, or a related field. At least 6 months of experience working with children (e.g., nannying, babysitting, teaching, childcare, paraprofessional, etc.) and/or individuals with developmental disabilities or other special needs. Personal vehicle is required for travel to clients' homes.

Competitive Salary:
$26.25-$28.35 per hour, based on relevant experience. Comprehensive on-the-job training , including Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training. Health Insurance (including Vision) Dental Insurance Life Insurance Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) with 3.5%
