Employment Role:
Behavior Technician (part-time, full-time) For this position we provide on the job training, a flexible schedule, and employee assistance. Bright Steps Behavior Innovations is a growing leader in applied behavior analysis services. We provide care across the Cape with clients from Falmouth to Provincetown. Behavior support sessions occur within client homes, within the community, and during social groups in our central office location in Yarmouth, MA. Our employees believe we are creating a better world where neurodivergence is seen and celebrated rather than drilled out through rigid treatment practices. As a Behavior Technician, you play a direct role in creating vibrancy and safety in the lives of our patients each day by providing and promoting an environment of consistent support and motivation.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Certified Behavior Technician certification encouraged but not required. Must be a team player able to work as part of the team. Must have the ability to remain calm and composed during cases of client distress. Valid Driver's License and your own reliable vehicle. Ability to prepare data from observations made during daily sessions with clients. Ability to commit to a consistent work schedule.
Responsibilities:
Complete case notes summarizing support provided and progress made toward client treatment objectives for each client session. Record daily session data. Implement programs of behavior modification and training in accordance with specific programs specified by his/her supervisor. Keep all documentation organized and current on client charts according to specific parameters set by the management team and maintain, provide accurate information, and update client charts as needed by the Bright Steps Behavior Innovations management department.

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
