What You'll Do:
Conduct functional assessments and design individualized treatment plans Lead clinical decision-making using ABA principles Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to staff and caregivers Analyze data to inform intervention strategies and outcomes Maintain clear, accurate, and compliant documentation Participate in collaboration with a multidisciplinary support team Promote a person-centered, ethical, growth-minded environment
What You Bring:
Active BCBA certification Experience in ABA and/or IDD services preferred Strong clinical communication and collaboration abilities Dedication to ethical practice and meaningful outcomes
