We aim to create a space where children receive care from specialists who provide the expertise, understanding, and compassion needed to help them thrive, while also offering practical assistance to their families. Summary As an ABA Therapistat Flywheel Centers, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism. This position is essential in fostering growth and development while working closely with families to ensure effective care plans are implemented. Responsibilities Spend your day working with children with autism at home. Carry out the treatment plan that has been carefully outlined by a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Provide ABA therapy to manage and improve behaviors that interfere with daily life Implement individualized ABA therapy programs based on each child's unique needs. Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support their child's development at home. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists to provide holistic care. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Qualifications High school diploma; required. RBT Certification Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field; preferred. Experience working with children, particularly those on the autism spectrum. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children and their families. Familiarity with medical documentation practices and terminology is a plus. Knowledge of special education practices is beneficial but not required.
