Do you have experience working 1-1 with individuals on the Autism spectrum, utilizing teaching skills and effectively reducing problem behaviors? As an RBT with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work directly with children with Autism, providing them with the support and guidance they need to thrive. Your responsibilities will include implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting and analyzing data, and collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the individuals you serve. ACTIVE RBT
certification, a strong understanding of the principles of applied behavior analysis, and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of others. We are a highly successful ABA company that serves Florida, Maryland, and California. We are BCBA-owned and have been in business for 24 years. We work with children under the age of 21 years old on the Autism Spectrum. These children will be seen in the family home, at school, or out in the community, depending on where the child's needs are. On average, a full-time RBT carries about 30-40 hours per week, which may be between 2-4 clients per caseload. We are open to all full and part-time candidates. Hours billed over 40 receive time and a half, paid travel between clients, and Paid Time Off. Please let me know if you are interested in this exciting position. The Registered Behavior Technician is a paraprofessional who practices under the supervision of a BCaBA/BCBA/BCBA-D in accordance with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board's requirements. The RBT is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services. The RBT does not design intervention or assessment plans. Must have an RBT Certification in good-standing with the BACB once you complete the 40 hour training and pass the RBT Exam/Certification with the BACB. Strategies Inc. is a team-oriented agency with an excellent reputation and has been BCBA-owned for over 19 years. We provide community-based Applied Behavior Analysis services, working in schools, family homes, group homes, etc. Applicants must be knowledgeable in Discrete Trial Training, Programmatic Interventions for Skill Acquisition Training, and Targets for Reduction, communication, and parent training; must have experience working with children and/or adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
