As a Behavior Technician , you will work directly with children and teens with autism and related developmental differences by implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs developed by a BCBA. You'll help clients develop critical life skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and create meaningful progress for children and families every day. Your Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA Collect and analyze behavioral data to track client progress Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs Observe and document client behaviors and progress accurately Attend supervision sessions, team meetings, and ongoing ABA training opportunities Maintain detailed and professional session documentation Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and caregivers Adhere to ethical and professional standards at all times Qualifications Active RBT certification required Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating within a clinical team Ability to manage a flexible schedule Passion for helping children and families succeed Why Join Soaring Stars Therapy and Learning Center?
