In this position, you will implement personalized behavior intervention plans that foster progress, independence, and improved quality of life. This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking a long-term position with growth potential, committed to developing their skills in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management, and patient care. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Use ABA-based behavioral therapy techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors. Collect accurate data on client behavior, progress, and responses during therapy sessions. Support teaching and skill acquisition through structured, developmentally appropriate activities. Maintain detailed, HIPAA-compliant documentation and records. Collaborate with team members, families, and caregivers to ensure consistent support strategies. Qualifications & Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with autism preferred. Knowledge of ABA techniques and behavior management strategies required. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records systems, and HIPAA compliance is a plus. Strong ability to collect accurate, systematic data.
