Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Full-Time or Part-Time | Dundalk, MD Jade ABA Therapy is currently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a home-based ABA case in Dundalk (Wallford Dr area) . This opportunity is ideal for RBTs looking to secure consistent afternoon hours in a single location , with the potential to build additional hours through nearby cases in the surrounding area. About Jade ABA At Jade ABA Therapy , we are committed to empowering children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) . Our approach is rooted in compassion, clinical excellence, and meaningful collaboration with families. Role Overview As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home, supporting skill development and behavior goals while working closely with a supervising BCBA and the client's family. What You'll Do Provide 1:1 behavioral intervention in a home setting Implement ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect and track session data and client progress Communicate with families and caregivers Participate in ongoing supervision and team collaboration What We're Looking For Active RBT certification (required) Experience in ABA and behavioral intervention Experience working with children, preferably with ASD Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a home-based setting Reliable transportation Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred Compensation & Schedule $25.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience) 20-40 hours per week (with opportunity to expand caseload) Full-time and part-time options available Monday-Friday schedule (weekend opportunities as needed) Why Join Jade ABA?
