Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plan and personal coaching for our son and train therapist as well.
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
  • Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping
  • Excellent patient care skills, including empathy, active listening, and effective communication
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and ability to interpret diagnostic evaluations
  • Expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and strategies
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or actively preparing for exams.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Behavior Analyst
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral disorders We offer competitive compensation and flexible schedule.
