Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist to join our team. In this vital role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, support children with developmental disabilities, and assist with daily living activities. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in behavioral health and applied behavior analysis (ABA) while helping children reach their full potential. Duties Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions based on individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record data on client progress, behaviors, and skill acquisition accurately and consistently Assist children with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting to promote independence Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors and manage challenging behaviors effectively Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency across environments and support successful outcomes Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and safeguarding medical records and documentation Support the development of teaching strategies aligned with applied behavior analysis principles to foster skill development Requirements Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or eligibility for certification; prior experience preferred but not required Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and behavior management strategies Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities Ability to collect, analyze, and report data accurately for progress tracking and treatment adjustments Strong understanding of medical terminology, documentation standards, and HIPAA compliance Compassionate attitude with excellent patience and communication skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Join us in making a positive impact!
