Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Make a Difference in Children's Lives! At Move Up ABA, we're on a mission to improve lives one family at a time. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families. Join our supportive and dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve!
Responsibilities:
Implement ABA therapy protocols under the supervision of a BCBA Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families Monitor and record client progress, providing data-driven feedback to BCBA's Participate in team meetings and contribute to case conceptualization and treatment planning Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, adhering to Move Up ABA's highest standards of care
Requirements:
Currently certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or post-secondary education preferred 1 year of experience in the field of ABA or a related field Ability to work
PART-TIME
schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
