Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans for clients, particularly focusing on children with developmental disabilities and autism. You will work collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals to promote positive behavioral changes and enhance the quality of life for those you serve. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of clients and develop tailored behavior intervention plans. Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to support clients in achieving their goals. Monitor client progress and adjust intervention strategies as necessary based on data analysis. Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavior management strategies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development. Skills Strong background in special education and patient care, particularly with children. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. Proficient in behavioral health concepts, medical terminology, and patient assessment techniques. Knowledge of behavioral therapy methodologies and their application in various settings. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and ethical practice. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and team members. Ability to analyze data critically for informed decision-making regarding client interventions.
