Behavior Technician

•$500 Sign on Bonus•Established behavioral health agency accredited by CARF seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to partner with us.

Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent Certification as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) highly preferred Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Commitment to working flexible, full- and part-time schedules Passion for helping others Proven project management skills Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly History of effectively managing multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced working environment Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Job requirements: Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one or group therapy setting to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the supervisor. Collect and record data on patient behavior. Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of clients, parents, and staff. Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients and family. Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties. Maintain strict confidentiality. Attend training to acquire further knowledge.'
