Responsibilities The Behavior Analyst works under the supervision of the Lead BCBA and as part of team of Behavior Analysts, clinicians, and therapists/Technicians to provide a range of Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) assessments and clinical services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities. Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews Qualifications Active BCBA certification through the BACB and eligible to support in the state of Maryland, required.
