Qualifications:
Active BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) credential required Must hold a valid Maryland BCBA license Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings highly preferred Capable of adapting to diverse caseloads and collaborating with educational staff
Responsibilities:
Provide functional behavior assessments, intervention planning, and consultative support for K-12 students Collaborate with educational teams to implement behavior intervention plans Train and support teachers, aides, and support staff Track progress and maintain accurate documentation Participate in IEP meetings as needed
