Key Qualifications and Experience:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure required Experience working with students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs preferred Background in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans in educational settings Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis management skills Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs and work effectively within IEP teams
Core Responsibilities:
Provide direct behavioral consultation and support to students participating in the Pyramid Program Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized behavior intervention and data collection plans Collaborate with educators, counselors, and specialists to promote student success Deliver ongoing training and guidance to school staff regarding behavioral supports and therapeutic interventions Attend virtual and in-person meetings as needed, with occasional after-school obligations Shadow the current BCBA upon your start, ensuring a smooth transition before December leave coverage What to
