Required Skills & Experience:

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and active Maryland licensure Prior experience working with school-aged children, ideally K-12 Knowledge of ABA methodologies and best practices Strong ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Excellent collaboration, communication, and consultative skills Adaptability to work within a specialized educational setting

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavioral assessments for students with diverse learning needs Design and monitor evidence-based behavioral interventions and supports Train and collaborate with teachers, aides, and related service providers Collect and analyze data to inform decisions and adapt strategies Serve as a resource for families and staff on behavioral supports and positive reinforcement techniques Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times This role is structured around a traditional school calendar, with 5 days per week at full-time hours, providing consistency for you and the students youll support.
