Are you a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who loves working with children and wants to make a meaningful difference in their lives? Incredible Me ABA is growing, and we're looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes and community settings. We're not like corporate ABA companies. We value our RBTs, prioritize work-life balance, and provide strong BCBA support so you can focus on what matters most—providing high-quality care to the children and families we serve. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and community settings. Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Collect and document session data using an electronic data system. Participate in BCBA supervision, training, and team meetings. Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Build positive, trusting relationships with children and their families. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Current RBT certification required. Experience working with children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation. Ability to pass a background check. Afternoon availability preferred. Why Work With Incredible Me ABA? $25
