Heartlinks ABA MD is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism across home, center, and community settings. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment and behavior plans created by a BCBA, use reinforcement-based strategies, and accurately collect and record session data. You will collaborate closely with supervisors and families, participate in ongoing training and supervision, and uphold strong ethical and professional standards in a supportive, child-centered environment focused on growth and learning.
