Job Description
Get Savvy with Your Job Selection! Select Savvy is seeking a dedicated and student-focused Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based opportunity in Ridgely, Maryland. In this role, you will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students with behavioral and developmental needs through evidence-based interventions. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized behavior plans, and provide consultation and training to promote positive student outcomes. What We Offer Free CEUs to keep your skills current Weekly pay for consistency and convenience Professional development stipend Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance Wellness program to support your well-being Requirements Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field BCBA certification or completion of BCBA coursework with supervision toward certification Experience in behavior analysis, preferably in a school-based setting Experience working with students with Autism and/or Intellectual Disabilities preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and data analysis skills Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Support and guide staff in implementing behavior interventions and positive behavior supports Work directly with students to promote positive behavioral outcomes Train and support staff on behavior plans, strategies, and best practices Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting of student progress Provide crisis intervention support and guide de-escalation strategies Supervise and provide feedback to RBTs and staff pursuing certification Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and families Ensure compliance with applicable educational and behavioral regulations About Us Select Savvy is a boutique search and staffing firm dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities.
