Job Description

Company Description Bright Spectrum ABA was created to support families and their children in finding access to high quality therapeutic services. Our team shares a deep passion for helping individuals with autism and other developmental disorders to thrive in their own unique ways by providing exceptional care through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Role Description:
This is a part-time, Home-Based role (starting $30/Hr.) Registered Behavior Technician in multiple locations: Rosedale, MD . The role involves implementing behavior analysis interventions, communicating effectively with clients and their families, and providing Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to individuals with autism. Qualifications Effective Communication and Behavioral Intervention skills Bilingual proficiency in English Experience working with individuals with autism Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
Pay :
Starting at $30/hour (Negotiable) Expected hours : 10-20 hours per week (M-F/ 3.30:00pm up to 8:00pm)
